1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kavinora POS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kavinora POS is a cloud-based point of sale platform that provides billing, inventory management, customer management, and business analytics for retail businesses.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with unauthorized users. Each organization must use a valid business email address.

4. Subscription & Payments

Free tier is available with limited features. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial subscription. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all business data you enter into the Service. We do not sell or share your business data with third parties. You can export your data at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer the Service, use it for illegal purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or resell the Service without written permission.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kavinora Software shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
